Night Appointment Safety Policy

1. Client Verification
All new clients requesting evening or night services must complete identity verification with a valid photo ID. Prepayment via credit card is required. Cash-only bookings are not accepted for night appointments. Clients must provide a valid address and working phone number at the time of booking.
2. Therapist Safety Procedures
Therapists are required to check in and check out with management before and after each night appointment. Live GPS location sharing must remain active during the session. If at any time a therapist feels unsafe, they may immediately end the session without a refund to the client.
3. Professional Standards
Night appointments are strictly for professional massage therapy services only. Any inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior from clients will result in:
Immediate termination of the session
No refund for services
Possible reporting to law enforcement
4. Emergency Protocols
Therapists are provided with safety tools (such as personal alarms or emergency apps). A discreet code word system is in place for emergencies. Management will immediately contact local authorities if a therapist signals distress.
5. Business Rights
Mobile Massage of Orlando reserves the right to refuse or cancel any night appointment that does not meet our safety standards. Repeat violations by clients will result in permanent denial of service.
By booking a night appointment, clients agree to these safety terms.
